We strive for beautiful quality and hope you will never receive a faulty or damaged item. Understandably, no one is perfect so we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order. We will happily guide you through the process of resolving the issue. We ask that you contact the team via email with images of the damage so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please do not ship back any items before you contact our customer service team.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
How should I wash and care for my suit?
To keep your VELOX tri suit performing at its best, we recommend washing it after every use, especially after swimming in salt or chlorinated water.

• Turn the suit inside out
• Hand wash or use a delicate cycle
• Wash with similar colours
• Use a gentle sports detergent
• Air dry only
Avoid heat, tumble drying, ironing, or fabric softeners, as these can damage the performance fabrics and elasticity.
With proper care, your suit will stay light, fast and race-ready for many miles.
